Serve 2 Survive ships worldwide. Orders are processed and shipped through our trusted fulfillment partners.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

• U.S. orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after processing.
• International orders may take 10–21 business days, depending on customs and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Wrong or Lost Packages

If an incorrect address is provided, or if a package is lost after carrier confirmation of delivery, Serve 2 Survive is not liable.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
