Refund policy
All sales with Serve 2 Survive are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item is received damaged or defective.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. If approved, we will issue a replacement of the same item.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
- No Returns for Fit/Style Preferences: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering.
- Final Sale Items: Limited releases, sale items, or custom pieces are strictly final sale with no exceptions.
Serve 2 Survive reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions above.
